It is true that in this day and age there is nothing wrong I believe with trying to preserve our right to anonymity. This does not take away from what I stated which was my opinion, something I am entitled to as well, as far as I know.
I also think I gave a fairly balanced view, and that that was just my personal experience. I do understand it is difficult for a lot of business owners to take criticism, as nobody really likes to hear bad things about themselves, that's just humans in general.
