Hi,

I recently had my reg in for its first service, a wee bit after the 1 year warranty.
I was surprised to find that its not a hugely common reg in NZ, in fact pretty rare.

Does anyone else have one.

Don't get me wrong, I love it, especially the flow rate adjuster and breathing upside down, but is rare good?

Mine is a SeaQuest Cryo. It's been my primary reg for about 4 years. SeaQuest is now owned by Aqualung so I'm sure it's basically the same thing. Cryo's aren't rare here in the States and I know several divers who use them.

I'd think as long as your gear tech can get parts it't no big deal.

Yea, I love mine too!

Hi,

glad to hear I'm not the only diver on this earth with one of these beauties.

We were diving in premo WLG conditions this morning, upside down, right side up, barrel rolls - there was a bit of a swell to play in.

Seriously, thanks for the reply, I since heard of a couple of divers here around WLG NZ who have them too.
