Just wondering if Jacques Cousteau ever got certified? Might have to ask that in another forum. When I worked in the commercial diving industry I knew some hard hats who couldn't get their tanks filled at a few LDS when they went on vacation because they were not certified scuba divers....what a joke.

I was waiting for all the "Your wife should be certified before you take her diving and the " You are not an instructor and not qualified to teach her to dive" threads. Yes it is a joke that commercial divers are considered by some not qualified to do recreational scuba without recreational scuba certification.
