you guys may want to supplement milk thistle with hawthorne berry extract and some taurine. great for the liver

Yeah, looking back on it, I feel kind of stupid. It was one of those things where I couldn't find Salt Water Sportsman mag in the store here, but there was a FLEX. So, me being one to try most things...:D ..But the carrot juice....so far it seems to really stimulate my immune system because I haven't had more than a little sniffle for over two years now.

Spoon, I"ve heard a lot of good things about milk thistle. I'll give that a try.

I wonder if there is a "personality Type" for people who "supplement?" I am guessing yes.

Does Creatine show up on the doping tests?
 
We use Milk Thistle to decrease pain and soreness that comes after a good muscle tearing work-out. I didn't know it did anything else.

oh...must do something with lactic acid? because I read it's helpful with oxidative stress. Whoa...you guys must be doing some heavy duty workouts.

I am confused how amino acids get past the HCL in the stomach, intact.

Using milk for pain? Thats a new one I heard...:confused:
 
Well, besides believing blanced diet, I take Vc (2g), B-complex every day. I also have CoQ10, grape seed, milk thistle, Omega3 which I just take it from time to time.
