We really like the look of the property. Has anyone dove the house reef there?
Thanks,

We had a similar experience at Delfin's Resort house reef. That dive site can be real iffy. Since it sits so close to the point, it is very exposed to weather conditions and can get pounded by huge waves. We went there to have lunch one day and planned to dive afterward. 4-6 foot waves were pounding the entry. We decided to head north about 1 mile and conditions were pan flat. It is also a pretty good kick out to the drop off from Delfin's, again due to its proximity to Point Vierkant.Hopefully someone will respond that has dove that exact area but until then.
I stayed at a condo a short way (north) up the beach on my first trip to Bonaire seven years ago. We were very pleased with the house reef Chez Hines at that time, especially with the south section.
Last year when they opened Delphins, just south of Pelican Nest per map, we were disappointed with the reef. The sealife and coral was sparse with alot of coral rubble.
