Only if fills were only done by you and on your own compressor, you can say you this. No matter how well you take care of your tanks, fills are not always what you expect.

If you can't be sure what you're getting, you need to be more selective about where you get fills.

Even ignoring the tank damage, if whatever is in the air isn't good for the steel, how good is it for you?

It does not matter how nice, clean, professional the place might be. You still can have issue which is out of your hands. No matter what steps you may take, s%^t happens.
