Any "must-sees" on Grand and Little Cayman?

Wow, it has been a couple of years since I have posted here. (Birth of 3rd child puts a damper on diving!) My husband and I are going to Little Cayman for 4 nights and Grand Cayman for 3 (leaving on the 23rd of Jan). We are staying at Little Cayman Beach Resort on LC. Anything we HAVE to do either dive-wise or topside? Same with Grand Cayman. We have been to Belize-fantastic diving, but never Cayman Islands. Thanks in advance for any input!

Stingray City is pretty cool!

The barrier reef is a pretty sweet dive too... if you get a chance to check out the Cayman Trench, i'd do that as well
