Question Any good places to dive near Nadi, Fiji?

will be in Nadi, Fiji for work in early May and thinking of extending the trip for a few days for diving. Hope someone could recommend good places for diving in Fiji? Is it a good time to dive?

There aren't any particularly good areas to go directly from Nadi itself, but you could go to resorts in the Mamanucca Islands which are relatively close where you could go diving. You could also take a 1.5 hour flight and be in Taveuni and they have some famous diving there.

It's a 2 1/2 hour drive to Volivoli Beach where you can board the Ra Divers boat.

Volivoli and Ra Divers are excellent. Ra Divers’s boats go out to Bligh Watears—excellent dives. it can get a little choppy, but living in Nadi you could pick your weekend.
