By chance does anyone know of some good dive sites in michigan? i am recently certified and looking for some good dive sites in south west michigan. does any one know of any??? just wondering

There are lots of great sites, depending on what you are loking for. Go to your local dive shop and ask around. They can give you the specifics.

i am in the South Haven Michigan area!

You can always come to Ohio and dive Gilboa Quarry The shallow side (to 60 feet) is a great place for beginners, lots of stuff to see and plenty of fish to watch or feed (stick with watching them, trust me )

There are a number of shallow shore dives in the area, plus a number of newly discovered deep wrecks that you are not yet ready for.

Also within a short drive are Gull lake and Lake 16 -- both are used extensively for dive training and have easy shore diving approaches. have fun!
