Custom suit is by far the way to go, especially with your dims!!! Prices varie dramatically so consider the sort of diving you will be doing and generally how much you will be diving because there is absolutely no point in spending loads!!!
 
I have a 36 waist and a 48 chest. I looked at getting a custom 7mm then I found a place that sells Neo Sports farmer johns and jackets seperatly. I ended up with an xl bottom and 3xl top. Fits great. Priced out about $160 for both. You can do the same with 3 or 5 MM combos. Way cheaper than a custom. This may be an option to check around with other companies.
