Any dives near Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Columbia and Savannah.

Hi,

I'll be taking a road trip from OH to FLA in June. Was wondering if there are any worthwhile shore or beach dives on the route through the Carolinas and GA? I'll be on I-77 through I-95 and passing though Winston - Salem, Charlotte, Columbia and Savannah. Freshwater or salt are both OK.

I live in Charlotte and the most common place we dive around here is the PDRA Quarry. It is located in Mooresville. You have to be a member or an invited guest of a member to dive there. If it is on the weekend that you will be coming thru PM me and I'll take you. If it is during the week you could check with Lake Norman Scuba they dive alot during the week there.
