I am looking for a dive site near the Ohio / PA border where I can meet up with a dive buddy from the Baltimore area. We want to camp and dive but I am not familiar with any sites in that area.
Any dive sites near the Ohio / PA border?

I met scuba_jenny and Lil' Irish Temper in Erie, PA for some wreck diving a couple years back. We chartered an operator that also did fishing charters - I may have the card in my log book and will check later. A search on 'SCUBA "Lake Erie" Pennsylvania' came up with several hits if you want to go that way. & I'm sure the area has several camping opportunities.
Other options would be charters out of Cleveland. Ber has scheduled trips out of the area. & I believe WB416 has as well. Possibly futher East as well. I know there are charters out of Barcelona, NY but that's probably too far East.

p.s. If you meant non-wreck diving, I can't think of anything other than Nelson Ledges. I've heard from several people to stay away from there. That is more for partying than SCUBA

Osprey Charters in Westfield NY... best charter in Lake Erie! 
Dove with WB416, Penny and lots more people and had a fantastic time!
Best dive boat I've been on... well run, super service too for fills and things...
