Antigua or Belize ...anyone been to both?

I am considering Antigua or Belize for my next vacation (which will revolve around diving). Has anyone been to both that can tell me if Antigua is the better choice? Any recommendations on an affordable all inclusive place to stay?

I lived or traveled to Antigua, WI for over 25 years. I had a travel business spotlighting this island. Go to Belize. There is no reef management in Antigua and the storms have also heavily influenced reefs. I used to have a blog on Antigua so take a peak at old posts..not much on diving, is there. There's a reason. I had a few clients go there who did dive and did once or twice. There are some super dive operators: John Burk, Jolly Divers, Dockyard Divers...
