Last Monday, we made another trip on the Giant Stride to Farnsworth Bank. Such a unique site that never fails to deliver! This trip, Captain Jim Simmerman dropped us within a few feet of the famous Yellow Wall, which is formed by an expansive colony of Given's yellow zoanthids blanketing the wall face.

There was no shortage of interesting and informative conversations with our dive buddies, Phil Colla, Kevin Lee, Anastasia Laity and Bill and Nannette Van Antwerp. I only caught a taste of the Pacific electric ray that Phil photographed only moments before I made it to the yellow wall.

In spots, purple hydrocoral is interspersed with Given's zoanthid, which begins around 90 fsw.

This is only a fraction of the Yellow Wall.
