I have to wonder, though, with names like Mr. Slaby and Ms. O'Toole...
Plus there was quite a bit of 'work' done while he was 'sleeping.' Including rolling him over, apparently. I mean, glue the genitals, roll 'em over, glue the buttocks, write a message on his back... Either this is a farce or he was drunk and passed out, not just sleeping.
But, Ms. O'Toole's attorney claimed it was consentual. Maybe he was drunk to the point of being really stupid but just short of passed out...
