Another Tank ID question

Hi there! This is just a repost of an earlier thread, but I'd really like some information regarding the other markings I got on this 2nd had tank which I got and cleaned up:

From the above information, the subject tank is a steel, 8 inch dia, 15 liter/200 bar WP, 300 bar TP. The neck thread is 25 mm dia X 2 mm pitch (ISO standard). The test expansion criterion is given as 15.9. Scubapro, type 15 liter, steel, no. 1499. Test date:9/90. The manufacturer is IWKA Stahlflaschen GmbH (now called "Mannesmann").

Druckluft - TG. I'll take a guess on this one. "TG" means tare weight. It looks like the pressure spec of 200 bar is based on absolute pressure minus one atmosphere, in other words, gauge pressure.
