Hi from Michigan, I've come across this site a few times and decided to jump in.

Been diving for about 25 yrs. Mainly in the Great Lakes, but I have ventured into warmer waters.

Sea the World in Famington gets most of my money .

As for where do I dive mainly the Thumb area - Lexington, Harbor Beach, and Grindstone. But I have been is all the Lakes execpt Erie. The usual spots - Whitefish in Superior, Mackinaw, Alpena, Thumb area, Kingston, Tobomory and the Quarrys in Ohio

Brag Time:mean: I have also dove in Truk Lagoon, and at Coco's Island with the Hammerhead sharks.

I still like diving the lakes

Hey, here's a thought, maybe we should try and get a Huron Preserves trip together before it gets to cold out. What do ya'll think?

...and I would be up for a trip to the Huron Preserve, depending on when we could get away. I'm on call two weeks a month but available the other two weekends. Actually, next weekend, my regular buddy and I are going down to Gilboa on Friday night to stay until Sunday and make some dives. If any of you Michigan divers are interested and can get away, drop me a line. I'll have my 5th wheel trailer there, and a large pot of venison chili to share....
