Isn't that, that boat ? :ignore:

OUSTANDING! :yelclap: Great Job! I applaude you on your self restraint. Now that you are a true dive professional representing a large international agency it would be wrong of you to refer to them as "The boat that kills people."

The fact that divers have died while jumping off of the Republic IV could in fact only be a matter of unfortunate circumstance and not directly related to any poor seamanship of her captain, or bold unprofessionalism of the DM's.

AS a matter of fact they, to the best of my knowledge, have never been held liable for a single death off of that unfortunate vessel.

No holds bar on this post........

Friends,

I cannot follow this thread. I started diving here in 2005 after living and diving in North Carolina. It seems there is an inside joke or story going on about this boat, Republic. Can you let me in on it? I may not get it, as I have not developed a "Florida" sense of humor yet.

Thanks / Stu.

Jupiter Dive Center whose boat is Republic IV (not to be confused with Jupiter Dive Charters, whose boat is Temptation, an excellent operation)... Some like 'em, some don't, and some die. Some blame 'em, some don't, and some lie.

Very nicely put!!!!! Stu's just gonna have to come dive with us so we can explain in more detail.
