American eel, Lake Quassapaug, CT

I have a friend who is looking to dive in Lake Quassapaug. Would you happen to have any advice in access points, restrictions, or permissions?

There is no public access. Someone else mentioned a fishing club and sailing club and both are private. We have a house on the lake and I dive from there.

As far as I know there is no public access to Lake Q. There are bunch of private homes and some private clubs. There is an amusement park that includes beach access but not sure they would permit diving. Is your friend looking to dive it from shore or by boat and if boat what type? There is a fishermen's club that has a boat ramp but it is private. There is also another place called Sandy Beach with boat access but again I believe it is private.
