Interesting, I did not think there claws, not the humans, would be powerful enough to crack a mussels shell.

How do they, spiny lobster, get into the mussels shell?

I have no problems, a little garlic, maybe a chilli, shallots, white wine, vegetable stock, bring to the boil and add mussels, oh this works for spiny lobster as well. Sorry getting side tracked
