the US Navy manual used to include a corretion table for using the sea level tables at altitude.

If your issue about getting the US Navy Diving Manual is cost, it's freely available for download. Don't know if the current version has the afore-mentioned corrections, though.

The US Navy manual is free to download on their web site U.S. Navy Diving Manual Rev. 6, the correction is explained in 9-13, page 9-46 in document numbering, 480 in pdf numbering
