So..... don't call out a business for bad practices because it may hurt their feelings?

In addition to selling rebreathers illegally to Libya:

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 1998 Local Man pleads guilty in jewelry heist
Jailed for role in 1991 Bell Tower robbery Two other Naples
accomplices Paul N. Gagnon and Robert Costantino, both 56 also pleaded
guilty to robbery charges. Each was sentenced to more than five years
in prison. Yokom was convicted of first-degree murder for killing
tennis pro Ike Macy in Dade CouRty in 1967. He was sentenced to 99
years in prison, but he was released in 1989. The robbery had been
carefully planned, but the robbers didn't anticipate being followed by
jewel-ty store employees and employees of the nearby TGI Friday's. '
Three men burst into the jewelry stose and smashed the display cases,
stuffing jewelry into duffle bags. They hopped into a waiting getaway
car, but they were followed a few blocks up U.S. 41, where they got
into two more cars. Witnesses were able to give investigators one of
the car's tag numbers, which was quickly traced to Peter Sotis, 34, of
Naples, who pleaded guilty to a robbery charge and was sentenced to
nearly three years in prison. He was captured in June in Richmond,
Va., after being featured on the television show "America's Most
Wanted." He had documentation for five different aliases when he was
caught. He told a judge he had been working as a car salesman, moving
from state to state, making between $35,000 and $45,000 a year. He was
scheduled to go to trial Thursday but pleaded guilty instead.

No - you don't call out personal matters including bankruptcies. Two different and distinct matters.

This is way beyond calling out a business on its practices.

I am starting to think that the Peter Sotis, add helium story could be a good lifetime show. Felon, marries a doctor/veteran , becomes what many view as a industry leader (I never did, my view of him is pretty low frankly even long before this) then all of this

I thought you were referring to the rest of the thread. I do feel sorry for Ken, as he is an employee and not an owner. But I do think it is relevant if the business owner has filed bankruptcy. What if I bought a rebreather that hadn't been delivered yet and was about to be out of thousands? Also, is it a wise decision to order from a company about to go under?

Unless I misread the bankruptcy posting , it stated individual names, not the corporation. If you bought a rebreather and didn't receive it- there is contract law . This whole issue now is a nasty , slugfest of innuendo and incomplete information. Congratulations. The election is here again.
