Hi. I'm trying to find some options for all inclusive dive resorts in Indonesia that offer guided dives in the morning and afternoon. I would like to go somewhere with great visibility, abundant and varied marine life, warm water, and friendly international staff. Also, I prefer a resort where local culture can be accessed within walking distance. If anyone has any suggestions (maybe a website or email too) they will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

You will get all inclusive package from most dive resort in main dive destination Indonesia such Wakatobi, Bunaken/manado, Lembeh, and Bali (Tulamben, Menjangan, Candi Dasa) are among the popular. Pulau Weh in north of Sumatra is getting more recognized now. If you like more challenges of the remote location then Alor and Kri / Soredo resort (Raja Ampat onshore based diving). Check other post in Indonesian forum and or search with those keyword - you will find lot of link to the favorite resorts.
Our favourite destination - by mean family friendly, easy diving, suitable for all level (I have 12 years old Jr. OW daughter), abundant marine life, nice resort at affordable cost are: Tasik Ria (Bunaken), Mimpi Menjangan and Mimpi Tulamben.

FYI, booze and soft drinks usually aren't included in the "all inclusive" price for resorts in that area of the world.
