I don't mean to offend any scubapro reps but....anyone know what they require as proof of original ownership when replacing batteries in an Air Z? Got one with 73% battery life remaining but with batteries costing me ~$250 it'll be hard to swallow when the time comes.

One thing I forgot to mention is that at least with the Aladdin Pro Nitrox computer, the batteries apparently tend to fail in the 35-45% range rather than what the manual says. Mine stated that even with 0% remaining battery life, the computer will still continue to function for a while. Mine failed at 38% while on an extended deco dive. I now dive two computers for an added margin of safety even though I don't do as many deco dives as I did two years ago.
