I travell four or five times a year with my tanks. I own PST E8 120s.I take out the valve and fill the hole with a shopping bag. As soon as I arrive at my destination I get them filled. I have had no trouble with the tanks for 12 months. The TSA is getting used to them. About a year and a half ago I was escorted to the baggage handling area pf Philippine Airlines in Manila as they wished me to open a bag witha tank in it and there policy prevented tham from doing it without me present.

I use basic duffle bag to carry the tank. I put the valve in a regular suitcase. Since 9/11 I have been to the Philippines twice, Bahamas, Cancun, Kona, Maui, Florida and Kuaui.
