Hi Everyone,

I have an Uwatec SPG, and just tried replacing the HP Hose, and noticed that the swivel spool has a little crack on it. I need to find a new one, but I'm unable to find one online. Can somebody direct me to a store that carries these swivels? The one I need is the one without shoulders, the bullet kind.

I found one at SimplyScuba but they don't ship to my country.

Best regards,
Daniel

Unfortunately I only have the ones with the shoulder in stock. Otherwise I'd just send you one for the cost of postage. A spool is no big deal. I think I'm going to get some of that type in as some of my students and other customers may need them in the future as well. Are you sure one with the shoulder will not work?

Jim (or any cognizant poster),

I don't believe I've ever run across an SPG or hose combination that couldn't use the shouldered spool in place of a common straight spool. Are there particular hoses or SPGs that cannot take the shouldered spool?

I do have one exception to the above. It's an old US Divers SPG that had a different diameter spool.

TIA
