I deperately need to get in contact with a family member of someone who died of air embolism. I am sure you all are aware of the risk when diving, but it also happens very often in hospitals. In this case my wife , mother of six, was killed by air embolism and hospital error. We need a few autopsy reports for comparison where the KNOWN cause of death was air embolism....if you know anyone please let me know or have them call me---Thank you all Mark 404-784-1378
