Rebuilt a pair of Air-1 seconds (and a D400) over the weekend. The first one went so easy it was like a dream. Second one, not so.... No matter what I did, I couldn't stop a slight leak (would re-start each time it was cycled). Poppet just wouldn't seat. Even tried different new poppets. The cone in the body appears okay.

When I originally took it apart, the spring adjuster was actually off the cap in the top of the case. I am wondering if the spring is bad? I solved it with a "shim" above the spring on the cap side. Is just fine now.

Anyone else done this?
