i know Tord very well, he has at moment a lot of problems but if he say he will give the money back, it will come back... just call and call and call....

I've had no reply now for almost six weeks, seems not reading messages anymore.

Is there any chance you can reach out to him on my behalf?

My patience is wearing a little thing.

This is no way to conduct business.

A little disappointed, I'm not rich and cannot afford to be giving money away.

I understand folk sometimes have issues beyond their control but 4 months of chasing to be now met with silence (?) from the owner of a dive manufacturer is rather poor form.

My window cracked a bit and the crack kept growing through the middle and straight up
so took the broken halves to the glass shop 6mm solid black tinted 900 x 900 gave them
my modified measurements, got them to grind out a groove so no more cracks and they
said tomorrow morning, and while they were there, I also asked them to cut me a couple
of porthole glasses to put in my doors, and everything was done perfectly cheap on time

They cut the porthole glasses from my broken bit, and l still have a big piece
for the huge porthole I'm going to install in the front of the top of the house

and then next week or tomorrow who knows

luckily i paid using my credit card
i made a claim and the credit card refunded me

it's still sad because not only i really like their products
but you can't get anywhere else a backplate like that

Feels like I'm being played. The saga continues he told me 3 weeks ago he'd sort it out "tomorrow" that was December 19. I've heard nothing since and again not replying to my messages. It's been almost five months now. Not good enough. Guessing I should let it go.

More curiously he is reading my messages but for some reason or another is not replying. It's a business, he's the owner, I wouldn't have thought providing paid for product or refunding me my money would be too much to ask. Shocking way to run a company and to deal with customers.

May I ask if there's any update? I saw a company similarly named "AGIR" on the GO diving show in the UK last weekend. They said they were a recently regrouped brand and would release product pricing plan soon. At the scene I was really attracted by their OPV designs and wished to buy one...

Well, I'm happy to see that actually. Regardless of how it turns out for @buddhasummer (I hope for the best of course!), it's some sort of continuation for Agir and Santi won't be the worst of stewards.
