I've been told that these may be made by the same manufacturers but I have borrowed an
Oceanic VEO and it looked a little different than my Aeris Atmos II. I hate to part with my
Aeris Atmos II but have developed a small leak into the battery compartment. I have been
using o-rings from dive shop that deals with a lot of oceanic and just wondering if the o-rings
are exactly the same or not ? Aeris of course recommends factory replacement. Divers direct
near me sells the battery kits for the oceanic atom computer and some of the newer models.
Is there an oceanic model that is the same as the aeris Atmos II ? I suppose I could order the
o-ring kit but was hoping to find something factory that is an exact match and available locally.
Thanks for any info you may have to offer.

The equivalent of the atmos II is the oceanic versa pro. They also make some of the sherwood computers.
atmos I - atmos II - elite - elite T3
versa - versa pro - vt pro - vt 3

Thanks for the link and also the model comparison. Just the information I was looking for.
I was able to find some battery kits online for my exact model but the local divers direct
showed mostly oceanic. I will try a factory battery kit and o-ring before giving up on the computer.
It has served me well for over eight years so I am not disappointed. But if a factory kit can stop the
water intrusion into the battery compartment maybe there is still some hope, thanks again !
