Advise for diving in Kending, Taiwan in mid March?

Hello,

I am going to be in Taiwan from the 2nd of August to the 14th of August. Looking to go diving one of the days. I will be staying in Tainan. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

In March I had good dives in Kending and at Green Island. My 2 boys (12 and 15 at that time) also tried Discovery scuba and enjoyed.

Although I didn't dive with Andy (ambertiger) because we were there during weekdays, I've heard good things and you won't go wrong with him.
