We're there on 10/19, and the water temp is supposedly on the rise this time of year. I'm going with a 3mm full suit, but I've got a 2.5mm vest to go under it and a 3mm beanie, plus booties. I was comfortable at 78 degrees in Belize 3x a day in January; I think I should be in OK shape (I hope).

As far as the shore entries, I'd actually rather dive my full foot split fins with neoprene socks; from everything I've head, that should be adequate.

Thanks for the information! Glad I don't have to buy boots and new fins ;)

Would love to hear some info on the dive profiles etc...a 70 minute dive isn't very long :)

They ask you to stick to 70 minute dives only for the boat dives. When you are on a shore dive, you take whatever time you like. Just let the staff know what your plans are.
