Advanced Cert Picture

Hello.

I am currently based in South Korea and it's quite difficult to get the size the cert requires for the AOW picture. All other factors are in place, but the size is not. Is it dire to have the exact size or can it be a tad smaller?

I used PhotoImpact to resize and crop a digital image and then printed it. I made it exactly the size PADI wanted by resizing even though the newest PIC cards have the plastic envelope somewhat too short for the photo.
