Question Unknown oxy MAV with needle. Help needed for ID.

Hello, now that the MAV in my Kiss is broken (I managed to overtight it when reattaching the stainless steel hoses screws into the delrin housing, maybe that the MAV was 18 yo was a factor, because I exercised a really small torque), I am considering to install this one I bought back in 2017, a MAV with CMF and needle back. IAW seller, it had only three uses.

The problem is that cannot identify it, and would like to service it prior to install it in my CK.
