Look into GUE... There's a bit more critical when it comes to skills and gear configuration but IMHO they're the way to go.

even a complete loser drunk like me knows to take the gUE Dir-f course and then drink their way into tech 1 or cave 1. But they don't alow dope smoking so maybe you might not qualify!!!!!
