no. they hold it in trust until there is a legitimate need for supplies for the sanctuary. if they give all the cash to LGUs, not a cent may go to preservation of the sanctuary.

I saw the area in Sipidan where it happened Mike. Barges work great for reef wrecking. The bottom is very smooth after the barge treatment...

To tell you fellas the truth. It wasn't an accident, it's was a planned project. We were getting more and more Koreans & Stinkaporean divers, that we decided to flatten an area just for you guys! I think they gonna call the dive site, Reef Wreckers Ave!

By the way, I actually interested and would like to organize a DOR here, in Malaysia. Thinking of getting Mikey to do a mini workshop as well. Any of you interested? I'll start a new thread for it, since I'm not a hijacker!

Great! I'm planning to do the Malaysia DOR on one of the less known island, so that we can have a better trip and less crowded.

Actually, I've never been to Sipadan. Hell, the only place I've dived in Malaysia is Tenggol.
