Thanks for all of the input that helped us plan tis trip to what I now know is an under exposed dive location. We had a great time and the diving was wonderful. Pick a spot, pull of to the side of the road and dive, like a cold water Bonaire. Little Hunter Beach is our own "1000 Steps" with 48 steps down to the beach.

Enjoy the report.

I've always wondered what the diving would be like around there. My wife and I love Acadia and try to make it a point to visit at least once a year. Thus far we've only hiked and biked but with the great reports we definitely need to get some diving in. Acadia is truly an incredible place, just wish we lived closer (8 hrs is a hike)

Very informative and interesting report, Pete! Thank you!

My wife and I camped up there years ago, but now you've got me thinking of returning for the diving. Very helpful.

Pete, we're going on our own four day camping and diving trip to Acadia in two weeks, so this is very timely. I'll likely PM you with some questions. Thanks for the report!

I just love that spot on the rugged coast of Maine!!
