I have two Ikelite DS-161's; have had and used them for several years with a Canon G-15 in an Ikelite housing. But yes, they are heavy, expensive, and engineered primarily, in my opinion, for people that want/need electric sync for still photos. The 600 lumens video lights, as others have said, are useful, but only marginally so, and only at extremely close range. I'm currently using two Bigblue 15K video lights with both my G-15 in its housing and a TG-5 in its housing. After years of trying to do both, I mostly use the TG-5 in 4K video mode; with 4K we are almost to the point where a video frame is a decent still photo. This head on shot of the shark, in exactly the position I want it, is because it came from 30 fps 4K video.
