Don't buy a dive computer fro ScubaStore. I purchased a TUSA IQ 900 Zen. They sent the wrong color a dead battery and no warranty card. After replacing the battery I started diving the computer and during the 8 dive it failed. I tried having it serviced by TUSA but it turns out ScubaStore is NOT and authorized dealer and they will not honor the warranty. Now I'm trying to retun it to Scuba store and you won't believe all the gyrations they are making me go through to return the computer. Save yourself a lot of trouble. Just don't buy from SCUBAStore
Another reason to go thru an LDS. Or, order on-line thru appropriate shops. Certain things should never be bought by places like scuba store, leisurepro etc. Most notably, computers, regs, bcds.
Fins/wetsuits, masks, I.E, non life-support equip is one thing. But not the important stuff.
I'm calling BULLSCHITT on this one post wonder that just joined Scubaboard today. Diveinn/ScubaStore IS an authorized Tusa retailer. That alone makes the remainder of his post less than believable
That's pretty funny!...order more scuba gear over at 'IfItsTooGoodToBeTrueItProbablyIs.com' ?
