I finished serviceing a ScubaPro Mk2 1st stage no problems, however when finishing final checking no air will come out of the HP ports, I never have had this problem, any thoughts on what might have caused this? or how to fix? Thank-You.

The MK 2 is even simpler than that
Same parts as the generic piston in my (well, wikipedia's) diagram, just arranged a little differently.

Here's the abc, but on a MK2 diagram:

Too bad this doesn't show the outline of the yoke nut, what @Still Kicking said makes sense.

I bet you put an oring on the end of the yoke nut. It's standard on other SP regs and indeed regs in general but blocks high pressure flow to the tiny orifice that goes to HP port.

^^ This^^

The Mark 2 does not take an O-ring on the face end of the yoke/DIN nut. The O-ring goes up top at the interface above the threading. If you put an O-ring there on the face then it is probably jammed into the HP orifice now.:
