What have you checked? There are three places gas could be blocked that would prevent pressure from registering on your SPG.
a - before entering the HP chamber,
b - at the entrance to the HP port (there's only 1 HP port on a MK2)
c - somewhere after it exits the HP port
Have you hooked up a 2nd stage and checked if it gets gas from a LP port? If it doesn't, then look at the sintered filter and input to the reg. Actually, first take off the first stage and slowly crack the tank valve to make sure gas is flowing from the tank.
If the second gets gas and your tank valve works, then close the tank valve, remove the SPG hose from the HP port and crack the tank again. If nothing comes out, then report back and we'll figure out how to clear the very thin connection between the port inlet and outlet.
If gas does comes out the HP port, then work your way down. Put the SPG hose back on, but remove the SPG and spool and try again. If gas doesn't comes out the hose, then get a new hose. Otherwise, spools are cheap so replace that before replacing your SPG.
