  • Instead of having a line for each station there should be a single line that feeds all stations.
Thank you. What a brilliant, yet obvious, concept. I hope you don't mind if I forward this to just about every queue-keeper in Asia.

I ran a government office most of my life so I am a bit fanatic about queue management. When Immigration at Narita (Tokyo) switched from multiple lines to a single line service improved dramatically. Unfortunately, I've spent a lifetime asking myself, "How could they do this better?"

Big Bags

Reason #357 (or 358 - I think 356 was used twice): Big Bags

These giant bags were filled with sand and used for water control during last year's floods. Now they are being filled with recyclable garbage left behind by the receding water. (Yes, the refuse is trucked all the way up here to Korat for recycling.)
