I just received word from a very good friend of mine that his wife passed away last night.

She had been battling cancer for about 3 years now, and when originally diagnosed was given 6 months to live.

Last week the doctors determined that there was no more treatment they could give her. The saving grace for her family is that they knew this day was coming, and the entire process was not drawn out once a final decision was made.

I can only hope her passing is for the best and that she watches over her large circle of friends that loved her dearly.

Prayers for her journey.

WW

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your friend.

I thought I wold pass this on to you all so you could understand the kind of person Teri (my friend's wife) was.

She did not wish to have a formal service, instead her wish was to be creamated and for there to be a gathering in celebration of her life and the wonderful people that made her life enjoyable. She said she was truly blessed to have so many close friends and she wanted everyone to get together to celebrate and remember the ties & friendships they have made.....

I only wish I was half the person she was. She did so much volunteer work and was always in good spirits, especially considering the condition she was constanly in.
