A new little diver

Ok folks, I have been around here for a while...and Mrs. Gangrel has been diving with me the whole time, though she don't post here...but at 11 days old, it is time to introduce the Little Gangrelette! Born August 16, at just a hair over 9 lbs. How old do they have to be to enter Rangers again?
