I've been to Holland. Have you been to Texas Yet...?

Cool on our Central American tour, and yes - you have got to dive Belize and the Yucatan. Guatamala - I'd try to skip. :11:

Hey fantasia... a quick question. My Dutch dive buddy Dieke van Ewijk wrote a best seller there called Zoenen. Do you know anything about it? Have you read it?

I didn't know the book, but looked it up on the internet. Sounds pretty interesting :05: A book about the art of kissing......

Any tips about saving money diving in that region? Any good spots that are less expensive? I'm afraid the prizes I've seen so far are a bit too high for our budget.........

Okay, now I get it. DrBill wrote it and his friend translated.

Well, Texas is not known for its diving. The Carib side of Central America is tho, with Utila Island being a great spot as well as cheap. Do some reading on our Central and South America forum.

I found the subject matter very interesting and amusing! When we were diving together, I used to tease Dieke about only giving me "Dutch kisses." Of course we weren't romantically involved, just dive buddies but she is a wonderful woman and fun to dive with.

Then again, had I known she was writing that book, I would have offered to be one of her research subjects. After all, I'm a scientist myself and know the value of well-founded research!
