I think I know what you're talking about.... They had to add some stuff to their trip waivers...... I think their insurance company "made them do it" in order to provide coverage.... (But I don't speak for them, so I can't say for sure.)

It just hits me as a scary as hell thought. I would spend most of my time looking up after signing that. But to be professional we should ease out of this touchy subject.
