Woo hoo!:chicken: We just booked our flight and are in the process of booking the hotel for our trip in May.

For years we have made La Ceiba our Cozumel home, we love the location, the employees, the rooms everything about it has suited us perfect for almost 10 years now.

As many of you know, El Cid is changing the place into a time-share condo resort. Because of these changes, I guess they have decided to disuade people who just want to stay there and not by into the time-share sham by raising their prices, which they have to a point that my wife and I have had to look for a new Cozumel home.

Well, I think we may have found it, we have decided to move to Caribe Blue on recommendations by such notable Scubaboarders as 'ggunn' and others. One of the things that sealed the deal for us was we remembered what our friend Holly at Island Photo told us on our last trip to Coz, that Caribe Blue was like the old La Ceiba, quite, friendly, that small hotel feel and service that really endures you to a place.

We have been able to book a 10 night stay at Caribe Blue, with dive package with Blue Angel and plane tickets on American for less than a week's stay at La Ceiba, flying Funjet's charter plane and not including diving...you do the math! It's a no brainer!

Sooooooooooooooo, from May 5th through the 15th there will a shark attack on Cozumel! Hope to see some of our ScubaBoard friends while we are there!

Sounds great. I heard Caribe Blu is a great place to stay with great shore diving and the dive shop is also great. They run a great charter. An all in one stay. Who could ask for more.
