What is that?
The place where Thresher sharks hover over to let little fish eat the bugs out of their skins. Their cleaning station was used to be in Monad Shoal which was in pretty deep water (22 m). Recently they moved to shallower Kimud Shoal (12m). Just watch my posted video of Thresher Sharks of Kimud Shoal above.

If you like to see big stuff, your next trip is to Manuelita Outside, Scalloped Hammerheads cleaning station in Cocos, Costa Rica or Darwin in Galapagos, Ecuador.

Sorry can you be more specific with why it's unrealistic? Are you saying sardine run and pescador are usually arranged on separate trips and can't be done in one day? If I have to choose only one it would probably be the sardine run.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will consider a more relaxing itinerary as an alternative and check out this shop.

You need to get a car to ge to Oslob. It's about 2.5 hours each way from Moalboal but if traffic can take longer. Whale shark watching is open from 6:00 am – 12:00 pm everyday (whole year round) except on Good Friday.

So Day 3 if you want to do Oslob in the early morning you could Then go back to Mactan.

Day 2 Pescadore is a boat ride around 20 minutes and the dive shops normally do this in the morning dives. There can be very strong currents at Pescadore Island. You can also do night dives in Moalboal and Pescadore. Sardine run normally a shore dive. You can even snorkle it. I am going there in February 2025 for 10 days but staying in Moalboal and diving with Sevedra.

Turtles are also a common sight in Moalboal. Also eagle rays and white tips and black tips but they are generally quite deep.

Also if there is some bad weather then the coast guard will stop all water activities including snorkling and swimming.
Being from China I'm sure you know that typhoons and other storms are common.

I've seen threshers on the sardines and also whale sharks on the sardines. Sometimes you get lucky

Thanks! The only Thresher shark cleaning station that I know of in the world. You definitely don’t want to miss it when you are in Cebu. Evolution is also a good dive resort.

Good advice. BTW my friend Koz says they are doing 7:30am dives on the sardines at the moment and the thresher sharks are there doing the early morning hunt. I will do some of those dives there and try to get some video in February.

Do you have problem to understand English?
OP is going to Oslob after the dives in Moalboal on the second day. He has plenty of time to dive Oslob on Day 3.

@chimong
If all your stars are aligned then you will have no problem with the plan. However.......
Can't go wrong with Nelson.
Leave Malapascua on Day 7 for Cebu if I were you.

There is NO need to travel very far in Asia to see hammerhead!! I have seen a few in various places, NO big deal!!
Nothing is bigger than whaleshark which is the largest fish in the world. Whale is a mammal.

What is special about Cocos and Galapagos is not that you can see hammerheads but that you can see huge schools of them.

LOL.
I have been there on Undersea Hunter yr ago.
I do not make a meal out of it. No big deal.
Scuba diving is just an recreational sport.

Probably I am missing something as I am not an English native speaker, but I did not get the point of this reply.

You can see huge schools of them in Taiwan every December.
