I already am privey to the pressure restrictions on most frst stage yokes. However, Im trying to find out if a deticated yoke or 200 bar convertable din is still available with a 7/8 thread tank valve. I have heard of these valves existig, although I havent seen any myself or been able to find some from any distributor. Any ideas?

They do not exists in commercial form. Some people took a 3/4" valve and rethreaded them to 7/8" in their home metal shop. Now-a-days it is easy and cheaper to just convert your reg to DIN and get a 7/8" 300 bar DIN valve.
