Atleast an hour(from Marianna), can be more if you don't bypass Tallahasse all together 
You also lose an hour in the time zone change.
Definately take a ladder if you plan to dive Guy Revell, Gregg has one specifically for this reason at his shop, so its not necessary to travel with one(I found this out after I packed a ladder from AL - LOL).
The Leon sinks we are diving are actually in Wakulla County(state park property). Promise and Cream are both pretty much void of duckweed. Go Between, Fern, Woods, Trench, Venture, ect are covered in the green stuff.
Some of the sinks are easier to access than others, promise with the nicest set of steps, and also falls the furthest downstream of the shallow stuff - so makes for a logical starting point. Go Between and Woods also have steps.

Cool, I'll go ahead and request Monday off.
Church is in such a deep depression, I'm not sure if there is an easy way to get tanks down there. Carry em down one by one if you're sidemount
It's not carrying them down I'm concerned about.....

One tank per trip on the way up is still gonna be easier than two tanks on the way up at the same time!
